Josep Mitjans has been making wine in Barcelona since 1985 and produced his first 1000 bottles of cava at the age of 16. Having converted to biodynamics in 2005 he is now working with local producers that meet up every few months to help each other prepare their natural treatments for the wines and to exchange tips and ideas.
Petit Arnau is named after their son Arnau and is a blend of Syrah, Merlot and Pinot Noir that comes together to produce a rich style of rose full of bramble and cherry.
