A Pinot Noir from the Braun family in the south of the Alsace region in France. The estate has been in the family Since 1583 and this wine shows a true expression of what Pinot noir should be, made in the most ancestral way. Farmed organically and fermented with native yeast, this is a delicate wine with tart cherries and raspberries on the nose and palette, bottled without the addition of any sulphur dioxide, living up to the name ‘nature’.
