This is a 3-course menu for one person, including sharing loaf of sourdough between two.
Delivery on either Friday 27th or Saturday 28th November (depends on your postcode) between 11am - 6pm.
Sourdough bread: with cultured butter. (Comes as single loaf, shared between two)
Starter: Soy glazed celeriac. Celeriac remoulade. Beer pickled onions & cornichons. Sourdough croutons.
Main: King oyster mushrooms with green peppercorn & onion. BBQ Hispi cabbage, cep puree
Side: Smoked butter mash
Dessert: Custard tart, poached pear, ginger crumble
Starter - Eggs, mustard (in the remoulade), sulphite, Gluten (in the croutons)
Main - Sulphites, milk (in the mash)
Dessert - Egg, milk, sulphites, Gluten
