This is a 4-course menu for one person, including sharing loaf of sourdough between two, for delivery on 19th/20th June.
Delivery days (check here) will be on our usual days on the 19th/20th June and your meal will keep in the fridge until Father's Day.
We've a special 4 course menu for Father's Day with a beautiful piece of meat. Unlike our other meals, this meal does require you to cook the steak from raw. Cook with Chef Rob Palmer to get your timings just right on our video.
This is a menu for one person.
Sourdough bread: with cultured butter. (comes as single loaf, shared between two)
Starter: Beetroot and goats cheese terrine, herb dressing, sourdough crumb, endive leaf
Main: Fillet of beef, glazed carrot, pickled carrot, prune ketchup
Side: Grains with BBQ dressing
Cheese course: 'Cheese on toast' Colston Basset, walnut bread,
Dessert: Strawberry, lovage, pastry
Starter: Milk (goat), gluten (only in crumb, packaged separately), sulphites
Main: Sulphites, dairy
Side: Sesame, soya, sulphites
Cheese: Gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, sulphites
