Marc Dubois bought Loup Bleu winery to pursue a vision of life built on a natural philosophy. With his wife he set about making their vineyards organic and are slowly working towards a Biodynamic philosophy. But forget all the technical stuff this is a wine of pure pleasure made for drinking on your sun soaked terrance whilst you dream of Provence. A blend of mostly Grenache, fermentation is started entirely with wild yeast giving it a quality that will intrigue you compared to you usual Rose plonk! A living wine, made to drink and pairing well with the pork terrine.
